Returns
At Daily Glee (“Company”, “we, and “us”, we are committed to indisputable quality and customer satisfaction, and hope you’ll love our products as much as we do. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within thirty (30) business days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a refund or credit of purchase. If your purchase included any discount, free, promotional, and other associated items, you must return your original purchase along with all related items for a full refund. In the event, you fail to return any free, promotional and other associated items, you agree that we have the right to deduct the prevailing retail value of any such items from your total reimbursement amount. In order to initiate a return, you may reach out to us either by filling out online return form. Please note that we reserve our rights to refuse any returns if all our conditions are not met.
All the eligible returns must be in new conditions, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, instruction manual, accompanying free items and other related items provided at the time of purchase along with the copy of receipt of purchase. Please note that none of the open, defective, or damaged products along with associated items will be eligible for returns under this Policy. If you have already redeemed any promotional offer, Daily Glee reserves its right to deduct the value of discount, promotional item or offer from any refund or credit you receive for the return of the purchase item without prior notification.
Refund
Once your return(s) is received in accordance with our instructions and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your return. We ensure that the refund(s) are credited back on the same day of return. Please allow 10-14 days for a credit to appear on your account. Please note that shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below) are non-refundable at the time of refund. Once the process of return is completed, you shall no longer be eligible to use any features of our subscriptions and products.
Restocking Fees
Daily Glee may charge restocking fees of 15% of purchase price or as permissible under the law, whichever is higher, by deducting shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales taxes, which would be applicable through a total reduced fees or credits, unless the purchase made by you was defective as a result of Daily Glee error(s).
Exchanges
You can request a replacement for the same item if it is defective or was damaged during shipment or if an incorrect item was shipped; provided that such request must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item. Subject to this Return Policy, the replacement item will be shipped within fourteen (14) business days of Daily Glee’s receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect item provided it is returned and received in an acceptable condition and pending the availability of a replacement item. At Daily Glee, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and related services.
Gifts
If you return your gift, we will generally issue a refund to the payment method used to purchase the gift card. To initiate your return, please reach us at support@dailyglee.com and provide us with your order confirmation number.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Merchandise Ordered from Third-Party, Marketplace Seller
Daily Glee return policies apply only to items purchased directly from us (i.e. online at dailyglee.com). Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but shipped by Daily Glee must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their policies and Daily Glee shall not be liable for any refunds on behalf of third-party or marketplace seller.
Limited Liability
You acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent provided by applicable law, Daily Glee will not be liable to you or to any other person under any circumstances or under any legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the purchase of, sale of, use of and/or inability to use the items, even if Daily Glee has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
